SIU women’s basketball announced the signing of Carmen Morales Romero on Wednesday. She is a transfer from Benedictine Colle, a Division III school in Atchison, Kansas.
Morales Romero i s a 6-foot-3 center originally from Granada, Spain. In 30 games off the bench last season with the Ravens, she averaged 4.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks.
