CARTERVILLE — Zach Snow poured in a career high 26 points, and Colton Hawkins added 15 to surpass 1000 career points as Carterville beat Carbondale 81-55.
Maddox Gulley and Harper Lustenberger added a dozen each for the Lions, who improved to 17-2 with the season-best offensive effort.
The Terriers, who fell to 7-11 were led by Jaxon Marlow-Evans’ 22 points. Deon Overy added 10.
Up next, both teams get back into conference play as Carterville will travel to Murphysboro in the SIRR Ohio, and Carbondale will host Mt. Vernon in South Seven play.
