Johnston City native Austin Brown has found his way to the NFL. Despite the disappointment of not hearing his name called in the NFL Draft, the Wisconsin safety did get a phone call Saturday night that brightened his spirits: Brown had an offer from the Indianapolis Colts.
Brown had 53 tackles in 2025. He had one tackle for loss and three pass breakups.
Across four seasons, Brown played 50 games for the Badgers and accrued 142 tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks, and one forced fumble.
Brown’s contract with the Colts includes $272,000 in guaranteed money.
